Easter
A little something we did for Easter last week; Agar Agar eggs. Because the Easter spirit is shockingly lacking in our island city, we decided to spruce things up a bit and distribute these delightful eggs to our friends and relatives.We tried out a new marble effect with the agar agar colors by sloping the layers. The centre egg in the picture below was the exact marble effect we were trying for. The eggs looks really pretty, I must say, it has that playful vibe we love and its almost a pity to sink your teeth into it. But if you do you'll find that the quality of our agar-agar remains as good as ever. Our little chocolate rabbit too looks simply adorable snuggling beside our eggs. The colors are gorgeous excepting the purple top. We would have prefered a lighter more brighter shade of purple but having no ready purple colouring on hand, we had to make do with a little mixing of our own.
